How to access the IPN History page to resend PayPal notifications to your server
<![CDATA[Click Profile->Profile and Settings
Click My Selling Tools on the left tab bar.
In the "Getting Paid and Managing risk section", click the Update link associated with IPN.
On the IPN page scan the 1st paragraph and you will see an IPN history link.
You can then resend messages. ]]>
